Jesus said we should love enemies. Can you imagine what we would do without enemies? Without enemies, we could do nothing at all. We would be unhappy, or we wouldn’t be at all. Without enemies, we are dead.
Without enemies, we would not have friends. Friends are friends as long as you don’t want anything from them. On the other hand, the enemies remain the same. That’s why we should like enemies. They are honest, steady, solid, serious. Enemies are always enemies. Only stupid people complain about enemies. Therefore, love your enemies.
