Everybody should perform basic general practice. This concerns the body, mind and consciousness. The exercise consists of two integral parts:
1) Wishing good for all beings (buddhist. metta) – do not perform this universal wish externally and publicly, but inwardly and private, ie. your best wishes to effortlessly direct into your heart and release tension and send it up (above the head).
(2) Being aware of the legs (feet) – can be practiced permanently, on every occasion, whenever and wherever it is reminded or cast. In addition to performing in private, in the presence of others, apply only this measure, while in training, foot awareness is required directly and indirectly like main condition and rule of every exercise.
