Higher level of motion

According to the Western interpretation of body movement anatomy, your brain creates an impulse that is transmitted to the muscles by the nerves, and the muscles contract and approaches the respective body parts (bones) that are separate by joint.

It is a very inadequate concept of movement. Such movement is exhausting, inefficient and unhealthy. It is an emergency solution. It destroys the human body with great and persistent effort. Free animals move differently. Their movement is perfect, effective and healthy.

Western medicine divides muscles into synergistic (positive) and antagonistic (negative) muscles. Synergistic muscles (positive) perform movement and antagonist muscles (negative) balance it to prevent bones from breaking out of the joints.

Note: Before you look at the pictures below, remember that the situation with muscles, tendons and ligaments is not of course as simple as shown in the pictures. It is a simple expression of the principle.

Figure A. shows the Western concept of movement: I. Function of positive and negative muscles when bending arm at the elbow and II. Function of positive (a) and negative (b)muscles when stretching arm in elbow. This movement is done by contracting the muscles. The frequency of muscle contractions and movements is very slow and exhausting.

Figure B. shows the concept of higher level motion: I. Function of positive and negative muscles when bending arm at the elbow and II. Function of positive (a) and negative (b) muscles when stretching arm in elbow. This movement is done by releasing the muscles. The frequency of muscle relaxation and movement is very fast and causes some accumulation of strength.

 

 

This way of higher level of movement is especially suitable for young men’s training and is a direct transition to the next higher level of movement. Mastering this level of motion creates a very dynamic and explosive movements.
