Sometimes the mysterious principle of bow and arrow is mentioned in martial arts training. This principle can be widely used in all body movements. It is a much higher level of body movements than provides majority of ordinary athletes. It is a dynamic and explosive way of doing moves. It is the optimal way to train young men between 18 and 35 years old. It involves completely opposite muscles and tendons (B.) than use ordinary beginners (A.).
The picture A. shows the principle of performing movements that ordinary beginners try to do. It corresponds to Western scientific understanding of the biology of muscular and skeletal movements.
The picture B. shows how to perform the movements when using the bow and arrow principle correctly.
Beginners must usually start their training as is shown in Figure A. When they improve their fitness and skill, and when they gain sufficient experience, they can try to perform the movements as is shown in Figure B.
The technique of movements performed on the principle of bow and arrow is a ideal prerequisite to even higher levels of the technique of body movements.
