Foolishness or the right solution

To draw attention to the importance of physical education in today’s tense time of all kinds of crises may seem foolish to some. We do not mean, however, the fake paskvil, which usually pretends to be physical education and sport in our society, which is severely affected by the degeneration of civilization, and in its education and media forum.

But what is the use of freedom, democracy, civilization, culture, economic prosperity, consumer welfare and a high standard of living if we are physically and mentally degenerated, if we, as descendants of our ancestors, like they reprehensibly ignore the fact of civilization degeneration and cultural genocide of the human being? How could this humanitarian catastrophe happen when, more or less subconsciously, every person, like the generations of people before, longs for youth, health, beauty, and spirituality? Somehow it didn’t work out good; we probably chose the wrong path.

Everyone longs for an attractive uniqueness, but when one of us becomes truly exceptional, unique or brilliant; we all devour and destroy him. He who does not come with us goes against us, even if he stands still. In schools, we learn the knowledge of ingenious scientists, we consume their intelligent information, but as a population we become increasingly stupid. Something is wrong here.

Special foot care

The modern way of life with all its urgencies, worries, bad habits, stress and crises literally tears consciousness out of the human body. The biggest absence of our consciousness mainly affects our feet. However, it is also said that people age, decay and die from the feet. The feet are roots that, when they decay and die, the whole flower of life dies.

In physical terms, the modern way of living obsessed most affects the feet. We are forced to sit constantly throughout our lives, from birth to death. We soon get used to it, and then we always automatically look for seats to put our dead bodies on. Standing, walking and physical movement have become uncomfortable for us and with our consciousness and body we tend to a solid state of matter, gravity and subsequent rot and decay. Gravitation triumphs over our consciousness and body.

The importance of special foot care will soon come to everyone when they consciously try to take these main organs of our physical movement into his regard and consciousness. Practice is more important than theory. Only it brings real experiences and frees one from the abstract and virtual trap of modern life.

It is best to restore life in the early stages of life, in childhood and youth, before the onset of full adulthood and old age. What you will learn in your youth, you will find in your old age.

If you do not want or cannot do special training, you can use all the possibilities of daily life, such as standing, walking, sitting and lying down. However, it is necessary to try to perform these daily tasks consciously, but not as an unpleasant duty. The best opportunity is a good mental mood. If you are not in it, you can adjust your mental mood by using the suggested exercises.

Standing

If you find yourself standing, immediately check the position of the feet, imaginary hanging of the body from above (sky) and transferring the weight of the body through your body down under the feet (ground). In this way you will find yourself in a pleasant tension between heaven and earth.

The position of the feet, as well as the position and movements of the whole body in general, is very important, because it is the first body language that you tell your surroundings all about yourself. A good observer will immediately find out everything about your nature from your poses and movements.

The feet must have a foot arch which is related to the cranial arch. If you have it already collapsed, it can be easily restored gradually through many exercises. The easiest and most efficient way is to lift the insteps from above. This raises the foot and creates a suction cup against the floor or sole of the shoe.

Another important measure is the correct distribution of the weight in the feet. The toes are designed to attract and the toe to bounce the foot. We would rather not comment on the bad shoes that cause the big toes (hallux valgus) and the collapse of the arch of the foot.

The basic positions of the feet are their position next to each other, connected together ,parallel to the width of the hips, with their toes facing each other and apart. Examine these positions and their effect on your psychological conditions. Or note the position of your feet in various psychological conditions (moods, dealing with other people, etc.). 

Walking

It is impossible to describe the whole theory of walking here. This would be beyond the scope and scope of this information article. We’d rather focus straight on the practice that best introduces us to the theory.

When walking, observe and be aware for a certain amount of time:

  1. Left foot
  2. Right foot
  3. Front leg, which is alternately left or right leg
  4. The hind leg, which is alternately the left or right leg
  5. Both feet, in their alternating positions and movements

Sitting

If you are in a sitting position, adjust your position slightly so that you release your body weight under the seat area, rest your back on the back of the seat, and release your spine. For the time being, we prefer to omit more demanding sitting positions that require an upright spine and possibly various crossed legs.

When you are sitting or better said when you find yourself sitting, be aware of your legs, especially your feet, observe their surface and position. You can do so on all occasions, including driving a car (but be careful before you gradually acquire this ability).

 Lying down

If you do not want to indulge in sleep, lying down provides a number of interesting exercises that can significantly improve your psychosomatic condition and health. If you are not qualified in any of them, just release the weight and body with its entire loading surface down. Be aware of your feet. You can run your attention over their surface.
