The principles of all movements are the same. They are body, power, mind, consciousness, gravity, and space. Our training method can be applied to both Eastern and Western system of training and to all kinds of sports, arts and physical activities. 

Our practitioners are mainly devoted to karate-do, taichichuan, chikung, yoga, aikido, iaido, walking, running, swimming and other.

We are in contact with different individuals and groups in Europe and we organize various activities in different countries like in Germany, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Slovakia.

In case of your great interest, we can organize a basic practical introduction to our method of training (Higher dimensions of training). It is advisable to have some experience with some kind of Eastern or Western training in advance. Also, it does not matter if you try to exercise according to the instructions on this website.
