Situation on horizontal bar

There are two main situations on the horizontal bar that should be of primary concern to us. The first situation is hanging your body with your hands (A.) and the second situation is hanging your body by your feet (B.). Suppose we could grab the trapeze with aour feet like a monkey and hang it with our head down.

Hanging your body with your feet is an important principle that is similar to holding the ground with your feet and attracting your body to the ground, which is required for natural walking and for all our moving maneuvers in karate or taichichuan movements.

The body should hang from the top of the head down. And attracting the body with feet down to the ground we consider as primary and pushing with legs away from the ground up as secondary.

We can attract our body to the ground with both feet at once or alternately with one or other foot.
