The first question of almost every beginner is usually about breathing, although it should be the last question. A lot of literature has been published about breathing recently. A great deal of information about breathing can also be found on Internet. Beginners often know a lot of information and theories, but their practice is very poor.
Breathing itself should result from the entire previous exercise process. Anxious people interested in exercising want to be quick and easy to perfect and the best. They do not realize that perfection also means destruction, destruction and death. Anxiety drives them to a poorly understood goal.
Mentally volatile people think instinctively that by reaching their goal they will achieve peace. Instead, they only nourish and strengthen their sick volatility. When they don’t get another delicious piece of information they leave the exercise disappointed. The illness that controls them does not want to be treated.
The imposition of various disparate ideas and patterns of breathing into the organism affected by degeneration causes another crisis of its structure, and its psychosomatic disorder becomes even worse. Therefore, it is important to first bring the organism into harmony and order.
First, it is necessary to clarify to yourself the motivational and moral prerequisites of training. Then it is important to acquire the correct form of performing movements and positions. Then it is necessary to understand the functions of momentum and strength of the organism (centers and paths of power). Only then can the appropriate breathing be carefully derived from an understanding and perceived system of being. However, it is a lifetime exercise activity, not just a few public yoga or taichi lessons.
It is better to achieve substantial results at a lower level than the dubious results at a higher level. Chasing for goals and ideas, strong will and egoism, and competition with oneself or others, is out of the question. There is a rule slowly but surely.
We recognize this breathing system:
- Natural breathing – will result from well-executed physical movements and positions. It manifests itself in a pleasant psychosomatic state of the organism.
- Front breathing – will result from previous natural breathing.
- Back breathing – will result from previous front breathing.
What is valid breathing when air is toxic? Nature is devastated and the atmosphere is poisoned. Ill air slays sooner then sword.
